05:34: had lunch with kizzi this week. got there half an hour late, but things went alright. apparently, i had said too much the last time i chatted with kizzi. oops. we talked about it and other things. we didn't really come up with any solutions and we eventually decided that i should stick it out at home. i guess if things get too fucked-up for me, i can always go out for some music, or grab a drink, or coffee, or something. but talking with kizzi did help, even if i didn't get any answers or any actual help. at least i got to talk it out with someone who already knew about it and can do more than my greatest friend ever could, if only because we're tied by name and by blood.
i also got to watch 28 days later, upon the recommendation of a friend. all he said was that it was by danny boyle and that i should see it. i went into the movie house not knowing it was a monster movie. i don't like monster movies. they're cheesy and not at all scary. and zombie movies are the worst of the lot, if you ask me. this was a zombie movie. but... it was the coolset zombie flick i've ever seen! okay, it's not strictly a zombie movie, in the sense that the "monsters" aren't really zombies. they're called "the infected". but you get the same feel except that these aren't your average sluggish, decaying, thriller-dancing dorks. these guys were faster and more agile. hehehe. danny boyle is kewl.
