22:08: in honor of fuzz, we had mashed potatoes and gravy, hungarian sausages, sauerkraut, caramelized onions, and rootbeer. i miss the old days. nothing quite like dad's gravy. we had to settle for kfc.

i wish they had saved me some of the leftovers, though. had to go to bed right away and get up early for work. sigh. you snooze, you lose.

20:24: i had my first class today. i subbed for a teacher who wasn't in. luckily, the tc gave me a student who was on a relatively higher skill level. he was responsive and hardly seemed shy at all. he asked when something wasn't clear, which is a huge help compared to others who stay silent or say they understand when they really don't. before our class ended, he asked me again for my name. now, that could mean one of two things. either i made a good impression, or i sucked so bad that he's calling the main office to issue a complaint. i wish i could say i feel confident that it's the former, but after finding out that my first interview didn't go as well as i had thought, i don't want to assume anything.

16:06: louie's party last friday was... crazy. for lack of a better word. i got my friend drunk. got myself smashed, as well. i told myself i wouldn't drink more than 4 red horses. ...bwahahahahaha!
running on autopilot is an amazing thing, isn't it? i managed to get myself home and still play host to my guest. and from the moment i stepped inside the house, i was sober. i guess that really says something.

07:10: leaving for south in about an hour. we're going to tagaytay for easter. we normally do this in wilson, but since the house is being renovated and the pool is gone (goodbye, childhood!), the boys decided to borrow the place in tagaytay for the weekend. never been to the property there, so i don't know what to expect. i wonder if there's enough space to toss a disc around? i wonder if they have cable? i wonder if i can convince wev to bring the ps2 so i can play?

i now have half an hour to shower and pack. argh.
