03:44: on YM:
the cad: gah, i gotta go. kuya wants to play with the pc
haha... it's comforting to know that i am not the only one with an older brother who thinks that the the sole purpose of a pc is to play computer games.

00:21: i never got to do an entry on the race at silverstone two weekends ago. there's been speculation that this will be the last year for silverstone on f1, but after this year's race? i think not. that was the craziest race i've ever seen! didn't get the results i had been hoping for, but it was still the best race i'd ever seen, what with every driver entering the top 10 race leaders at one point or another, not to mention that insane irish dude who started running on the track, coming up to one of the curbs. it must have been hell for the director of the video coverage... there were battles for position everywhere as top drivers were spread out among the rest of the field.
this year's race at hockenheim wasn't quite as exciting, though it was certainly interesting, to say the least. at the very first corner of the first lap, 6 cars were already taken out of the race, 3 of which were in the top 5 driver's championship.
i couldn't help but scream from sheer joy at the sight of michael schumacher's blown tire, just after he took the 2nd place spot from jarno trulli. nyahahahahahaha... my brother cheers everytime schumi takes the lead or overtakes a williams or a mclaren. it was my turn. hey, at least i had the decency to scream into my pillow and not gloat!
hehehehehehehehehe...

23:07: snitch time! hehehehe...
there are those who can, those who can't, and those who shouldn't.
argh. a little birdie has been spreading a story about me among PExers. lang hiyang 'yan...
i'll keep in mind never to do that again, then. specially not with the likes of them. hahahaha...
wev has been asked to be the voice coach of a pretty boy (pretty boy daw) celeb who thinks he's now a rocker. all i can say to that bit of news? ...good luck to you. to which he vehemently answered: "no, i've heard him. he can sing!" ... this from a guy who believes that it's only a matter of time before i switch to the other side of the stage. sorry bro, but i don't really trust your judgement when it comes to that.
i heard that etoile, waffle king and bobby are nominated for this year's aliw awards for their work on dreamgirls. some argue that they don't need anything from that award-giving body for recognition. after all, aliw has made some very questionable moves before. still, i hope they win. etoile, especially. that should prove that she really is an actress who happens to sing well, as opposed to a singer who does acting gigs from time to time.

17:55: after rehearsals last friday, the cad and i went to the theater. some event was happening and they had this show. wasn't bad. i was pleasantly surprised to see juddha(?), the coke guy, hosting the thing. john hall meets arni. manman's gotta love this one. admittedly, hot indeed.
they had this fashion show with some eye candy, but a lot of the models, specially the guys, didn't really have the walk to pull it off. i couldn't help but note how well thomas would do if he were made to walk that ramp.
the fashion show was followed by a set from chiquita and his bananas. the sound system was horrible (i mean horrible!) but it got better after the first couple of songs. they did a typical set. no nasaan but ants marching and that south border song certainly kept me happy.
after the set, the cad and i approached the stage. people were already starting to leave and chiquita was talking to this guy, so we figured, what the hell... we said hi, and as was customary with us, got a kiss with the greeting. then this girl came up to him, shook his hand and gave him a kiss.
before we knew it, we were in the middle of this big crowd of screaming girls (and some guys), flocking him with kisses, flashing cameras and waving papers and pens in front of him. woah. took a while before he could get out of that one. i'm guessing we shoulda just gone backstage and said our hellos there. teehee... poor guys were late for their gig in greenhills later that night.
