09:29: we took in 7 hours worth of calls today. i gotta say... my team kicks some serious ass! we nearly quadrupled the points of the class one batch ahead of us. even our trainer said his top class only got 7 points on their first day... we got 19. sadly, i didn't get to score any points for the class. but i've got time. lots of it. my tainer was pushing me to get points after seeing my stats. i have the lowest handling time and took in the most calls. which is actually a great thing. but it doesn't quite make me happy. it makes me think that i might have done wrong things during my calls. gulp.
